Farmer’s Table Debuts New Dining Concept in Boca Raton

If you’re a fan of the Farmer’s Table restaurant in Boca Raton, then I have good news for you.

Opening Monday: Farmer’s Table Express, a “slow food fast” take-out concept that gives guests the opportunity to enjoy their favorite Farmer’s Table dishes at home.

Founded by Farmer’s Table owners Joey Giannuzzi and Mitchell Robbins, Farmer’s Table Express will offer fresh, ready-to-go sandwiches, salads and snacks as well as the components of some popular Farmer’s Table dishes, to allow guests to recreate their favorite meals at home. Sauces, dressings, cold-pressed juices and a variety of vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options will be available as well.

Some of the options available at Farmer’s Table Express include: Spasta and Meatballs (featuring spaghetti squash and a choice of chicken or quinoa meatballs), Sweet Treasures Salad and Short Ribs with Mushroom Bordelaise, Mashed Sweet Potatoes and Caramelized Brussels Sprouts.

Many of the available dishes will be vacuum-sealed, requiring only heating in a pot of boiling water to prepare.

“This is the freshest and easiest way to recreate a restaurant-cooked meal at home,” says Giannuzzi. “All our dishes will be as vibrant as if you were to prepare them from scratch the same day.”

Farmer’s Table Express is located at 1901 N. Military Trail, next to Farmer’s Table Boca Raton and adjacent to the Wyndham Boca Raton Hotel. It’s open seven days a week, from 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m., and online ordering is available. For more information, call 561-409-2727 or visit farmerstableexpress.com.
