Fashion Icon Tommy Hilfiger Lists His Golden Beach Estate for $27.5 Million

Fashion mogul Tommy Hilfiger and his wife Dee have listed their 14,075-square-foot oceanfront mansion in Golden Beach, Fla. for $27.5 million. “The Jills” team at Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate in Miami Beach has the listing.

The estate was purchased by the Hilfigers in 2013 for $17.25 million, according to public records. It was designed by Martyn Lawrence Bullard and has seven bedrooms, eight full baths, four half baths, an elevator and an oceanfront infinity pool.

Other features include the use of bold and bright colors, scratch-and-sniff fruit wallpaper in one of the bathrooms and a black marble central staircase.

“This estate is pure Hilfiger style,” said Jill Eber, of The Jills, in a written statement. Her partner, Jill Hertzberg, described the house as having a “groovy colorful 1960s-1970s feel.”

The Jills team includes Eber, Hertzberg, Felise Eber, Danny Hertzberg and Hillary Hertzberg. The agents specialize in high-end luxury properties in South Florida.
